All clothing items will go through thorough manual quality inspection before shipment, sorted and folded neatly, then packed with dustproof, wrinkle-proof and shockproof protective materials. We take every measure to prevent dust contamination, serious creases, squeezing deformation and outer package damage during international logistics transportation, ensuring all parcels arrive in intact condition.

All orders will be verified, processed, packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment. Weekends, statutory holidays and festival vacations are not included in the order processing period. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send the exclusive tracking number to your registered email address. You can check the real-time logistics status, transit progress and estimated delivery date anytime online.

For all international orders, all destination country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and relevant clearance charges shall be solely borne by the buyer. We will provide complete and standard shipping documents to assist smooth customs clearance. The delivery time we stated is only an estimated reference. Any delivery delays caused by customs inspection, logistics peak congestion, extreme bad weather, remote area transit and other uncontrollable factors are beyond our responsibility.

If you receive damaged packaging, defective items, wrong style, incorrect size or missing goods, please contact our customer service team promptly within 48 hours upon receipt. Kindly provide your order number together with clear photos of the outer package and product details. We will verify the issue efficiently and provide reasonable after-sales solutions including full refund, exchange or partial refund to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
